What makes this restaurant so delicious is, of course, its ingredients and hard-working chefs, but also their promise to never use pre-frozen fish; every dish is fresh.

Not only does this restaurant have amazing oysters, but there’s also a pretty amazing history attached.
For 30 years before the title was Boshamps, it was known to the locals as the Flamingo Cafe, which gave an experience of fancy tablecloths and fine dining.
The dining remains fine, more than actually, the service is exceptional and the food has a few decades of recipes under its belt.
You may wonder where the unique name came from. Well, it’s a combination of the three dogs that the owner had, needless to say, the logo of a lab says it all.
The real difference in the restaurant now is that the service is on the Destin Harbor, where you can be as comfy and casual as you’d like.
